Healthwatch is your health and social care champion. Its role is to record your feedback about NHS and care services, and to make sure it is heard where it matters.
If you’ve had a great experience, it's easy to think that you ‘wish you could say thank you’. Or, if you’ve had a negative experience, that there’s no point in complaining, and that ‘nothing ever changes’. Remember, your feedback can help to improve people’s lives - so, when you need advice, or when you’re ready to share your feedback – Healthwatch is there to listen.
We are working with Healthwatch across the east of England to listen to your feedback, and to think about how we can use it to improve our services.
