The National Performance Advisory Group (NPAG) is a self-financed trading division of the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust, offering a range of management services to both public and private sector clients.

Our Best Value and National Networking Groups enable members to network, share experiences, identify good practice, and review services to ensure they provide value for money. We offer a variety of training workshops tailored to meet the exact needs of our clients. Our workshops cover a diverse range of subject matter, from occupational health to customer service skills. As an NHS organisation, NPAG can offer training at very competitive prices.
NPAG can also provide bespoke on-site workshops for your own organisation to ensure your staff do not have to travel long distances, minimise time away from their roles, and most importantly ensure that training is tailored specifically to meet your organisational needs.

Event and Conference Management

Our objective is to provide a professional service offering best value in terms of performance, quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. We offer a friendly, informal but efficient service and will work tirelessly towards realising your vision.
NPAG has organised and managed conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and awards ceremonies at venues throughout the UK for both public and private sector clients for many years. From aware ceremonies to themed functions, NPAG plan every stage from event conception to completion and review.
As a CPD member, we can seek CPD approval for your event, providing formal evidence of continuing professional and personal development.

NPAGNetwork
The NPAGNetwork is a managed forum for colleagues to share information and best practice, saving time and money by not re-inventing the wheel. This network was developed by NPAG as we recognised the need for a forum for healthcare managers to ask questions, request assistance and information, share documents, and get professional and practical advice from peers throughout the UK.
The NPAGNetwork is available to members of our Best Value and National Networking Groups, and individual NPAGNetwork subscribers.
