First Responder Emergency Care Level 3 (FREC 3)

The First Responder Emergency Care Level 3 training course is ideal as an alternative to the First Person on Scene Intermediate (FPOSi) qualification. The training course forms part of a progressive suite of prehospital care qualifications that lead to the Diploma in Paramedic Practice. The course suits a range of roles in emergency care such as Event Medical Responder, Emergency Care Support Worker and anybody who works in a high-risk workplace.

Level 3 First Aid at Work RQF (FAW)

This 3-day OFQUAL-regulated training course is for higher risk workplaces that require a more in-depth course, such as factories and construction sites. Level 3 First Aid at Work certificates are valid for 3 years. We offer a half-day annual refresher course which is strongly advised.

Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work RQF (EFAW)

This 1-day training course is ideal for workplace First Aiders or anybody within the business who is interested in completing a comprehensive 1-day course. Certificates are valid for 3 years. We offer a half-day annual refresher course which is strongly advised.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which will teach you how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health problem. The course will also give you the skills to take care of your own wellbeing.

You do not need any prior knowledge to join us on a training course. You will be provided with all the necessary resources including a MHFA manual, workbook and a Line Managers’ resource book where required. This course is accredited by MHFA England. The duration of this training course is a half-day for awareness, 1 day to become a Mental Health Champion or 2-days for a full Mental Health First Aider qualification.

Please note: this training course can be delivered virtually or face-to-face.
